These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sol Bound Wellness website and your purchase or use of services offered by Sol Bound Wellness.

By using this website, scheduling a consultation, enrolling in a coaching program, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms.

About Sol Bound Wellness

Sol Bound Wellness provides health coaching, wellness education, lifestyle support, and related resources.

Health coaching is a collaborative wellness service intended to help clients explore goals, habits, routines, and lifestyle factors that may support their overall well-being.

Health Coaching Is Not Medical Care

Sol Bound Wellness does not provide medical care.

Health coaching does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or medical conditions and does not replace care from a physician, registered dietitian, mental health professional, reproductive endocrinologist, obstetrician, midwife, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Sol Bound Wellness does not prescribe medications, diagnose medical conditions, interpret medical testing as a healthcare provider, or provide emergency medical services.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed medical care for any medical concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, pregnancy-related concerns, fertility concerns, mental health concerns, or emergencies.

You should not delay or discontinue medical care because of information discussed during health coaching.

No Guarantee of Results

Every individual is different.

Sol Bound Wellness does not guarantee specific health, fertility, pregnancy, weight, lifestyle, or other outcomes from participation in coaching.

Results depend on many factors outside the control of Sol Bound Wellness, including individual circumstances, participation, consistency, medical factors, lifestyle, and personal choices.

Client Responsibility

Health coaching is collaborative.

By participating in coaching, you understand that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health care, and results.

You agree to communicate openly about your goals and concerns and to seek appropriate professional medical or mental health care when necessary.

Consultations

Sol Bound Wellness may offer complimentary consultation calls before enrollment.

Consultations are intended to discuss your goals, answer general questions about coaching, explain the Sol Bound Wellness approach, and determine whether the coaching relationship may be a good fit.

A complimentary consultation does not create a healthcare provider-patient relationship.

Coaching Services

Specific coaching programs may include:

  • Private one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Client onboarding

  • Personalized wellness goals and action steps

  • Weekly or periodic check-in support

  • Educational materials and resources

  • Virtual meetings through Google Meet

  • Other support described on the applicable program page or coaching agreement

Program length, session frequency, pricing, communication boundaries, and included services will be described at enrollment.

Sol Bound Wellness may require clients to sign a separate coaching agreement before services begin. If a separate signed coaching agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the signed coaching agreement will control with respect to the coaching relationship.

Scheduling and Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

Requests to cancel or reschedule should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment unless an emergency or exceptional circumstance occurs.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be rescheduled.

Sol Bound Wellness may make reasonable exceptions at its discretion.

If Sol Bound Wellness must cancel a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule it without penalty to the client.

Payments

Pricing and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due according to the payment schedule selected at checkout or described in the applicable coaching agreement.

Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

All purchases are subject to the Sol Bound Wellness Refund Policy.

Communication Between Sessions

Certain coaching programs may include check-in support between scheduled sessions.

Between-session communication is intended for reasonable coaching support and accountability and is not an emergency, medical, or crisis-response service.

Response times and communication boundaries may be further described during onboarding or in the applicable coaching agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials provided by Sol Bound Wellness, including worksheets, guides, educational materials, written content, graphics, program materials, downloads, and other resources, are owned by or licensed to Sol Bound Wellness.

Materials are provided for the client's personal use only.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, share publicly, or commercially exploit Sol Bound Wellness materials without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To interfere with website security or functionality

  • To attempt unauthorized access to systems or information

  • To copy or commercially exploit website content without permission

  • To submit knowingly false or misleading information

Third-Party Services

Sol Bound Wellness may use third-party services such as Shopify, Google Meet, Google Calendar, payment processors, and other technology providers.

Use of these services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.

Sol Bound Wellness is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or other issues caused solely by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sol Bound Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or participation in coaching services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Termination of Services

Either the client or Sol Bound Wellness may determine that the coaching relationship should end.

Sol Bound Wellness may discontinue services when appropriate, including in circumstances involving nonpayment, repeated missed sessions, inappropriate conduct, needs outside the scope of health coaching, or situations in which continued coaching is not considered an appropriate fit.

Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy and any applicable signed coaching agreement.

Privacy

Your use of this website and Sol Bound Wellness services is also subject to the Sol Bound Wellness Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Sol Bound Wellness may update these Terms periodically.

The version posted on the website at the time of use or purchase will apply, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
